1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and QQGobet ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting services available at qqgobet.cam. By creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager on the QQGobet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all games, betting markets, bonuses, promotions, payment transactions and customer support interactions offered through QQGobet. They should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

QQGobet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered member account created through the QQGobet platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free-bet credit or matched-deposit credit awarded by QQGobet subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transaction currency of the QQGobet platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be turned over in qualifying bets before associated winnings become withdrawable.
• "Platform Services" means all casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, lottery products and any other entertainment service offered by QQGobet.
• "Session" means a continuous period of access to the platform beginning at login and ending at logout or automatic timeout.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the QQGobet platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

1. You are aged 21 years or older. QQGobet strictly prohibits participation by minors. Age verification may be requested at any time.
2. You are accessing the platform of your own free will and are not subject to self-exclusion, a court order or any statutory prohibition that prevents you from engaging in gambling activities.
3. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director or agent of QQGobet, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
4. You are registering for personal, recreational use only. Accounts operated on behalf of third parties, syndicates or commercial organisations are prohibited without prior written consent from QQGobet.
5. You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by QQGobet for breach of these Terms.

QQGobet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point and to suspend account access pending verification. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of funds.

4. Registration & KYC Verification

Each individual may hold only one account on the QQGobet platform. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any balance in the duplicate account may be forfeited if the opening of multiple accounts was intended to obtain promotional advantage.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam or elsewhere) and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

4.2 KYC Documents

Before processing a withdrawal, QQGobet will request identity verification documents which typically include: a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), driver's licence or passport; proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months); and where applicable, evidence of the payment method used for deposits. Documents should be clear, legible and in colour.

4.3 Verification Timeline

KYC review is ordinarily completed within 24–48 hours of receiving acceptable documentation. QQGobet may request additional information where initial documents are insufficient. Withdrawal processing will be held until verification is satisfactorily concluded.

5. Deposits & Payments

QQGobet processes deposits in MYR. Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX online banking and direct transfers from participating Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits in BTC and USDT are also accepted.

• The minimum single deposit is RM30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• QQGobet does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may levy its own charges.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. QQGobet is not liable for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
• All deposited funds are held separately from QQGobet's operational funds. QQGobet does not pay interest on Account Balances.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted via the same payment channels used for deposit, subject to method availability and KYC completion. Indicative processing ranges are provided for guidance only and are not contractual guarantees: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within five minutes; DuitNow and FPX transactions within 5–15 minutes; and direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes during normal banking hours.

• The minimum single withdrawal is RM50. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction, per day or per calendar month.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only the winnings generated by qualifying wagers placed with Bonus Funds, after the Wagering Requirement has been met, may be withdrawn.
• QQGobet reserves the right to carry out additional security and fraud checks before releasing any withdrawal. This may extend the stated processing range.
• Withdrawals to payment methods other than the deposit method may require additional verification.
• Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for deposit where reasonably practicable.

7. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

QQGobet offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, referral rewards and other time-limited promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.

7.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and become part of your Account Balance only after the applicable Wagering Requirement is satisfied.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion. Unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of the eligible period.
• Unless stated otherwise, the Wagering Requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not to the sum of deposit plus bonus.
• QQGobet reserves the right to restrict certain game categories from contributing to wagering, or to weight contributions. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are published in promotion-specific terms.

7.2 Abuse & Collusion

Any Member found to be exploiting promotions through coordinated wagering, arbitrage strategies, use of multiple accounts or any other form of bonus abuse will have their bonus forfeit and may have their Account suspended. QQGobet uses proprietary monitoring tools to detect irregular wagering patterns.

8. Acceptable Conduct

By using the QQGobet platform you agree not to:

• Provide false identity, age or address information at any stage of the membership lifecycle.
• Use the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal purpose.
• Attempt to access, alter or interfere with the platform's software, databases or security infrastructure.
• Use automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human mechanism to interact with games or betting markets without prior written consent.
• Engage in match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events or any behaviour that compromises the integrity of live betting markets.
• Harass, threaten or abuse QQGobet staff or other platform users.
• Attempt to circumvent geographic, age or self-exclusion restrictions through VPN services or other technical means.

Violations of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and, where appropriate, referral to Malaysian law enforcement authorities.

9. Games & Betting Rules

All casino games offered on the QQGobet platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently tested for statistical fairness and unpredictability. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers via HD video stream in real time.

9.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, including pre-match and in-play options for EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, UFC and other events, are governed by the rules published in the sportsbook section. In the event of a technical failure during a live betting event, QQGobet reserves the right to void affected markets and return stakes. Settled bets will not be reversed unless an obvious pricing error occurred.

9.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction or software error, any affected round or bet will be declared void and the wager returned to the Account Balance. QQGobet does not honour winnings that result from a malfunction, regardless of the displayed amount.

9.3 Currency & Minimum Stakes

All wagers are denominated in MYR. Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and market type and are displayed within each game interface or market page prior to wagering.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the QQGobet platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code, trademarks and domain names, is the proprietary property of QQGobet or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or exploit any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from QQGobet. Unauthorised use may give rise to legal liability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QQGobet's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

QQGobet accepts no liability for:

• Loss of winnings, profits or data arising from interruptions to platform access caused by telecommunications failures, scheduled maintenance or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from a Member's failure to comply with account security obligations, including loss of login credentials.
• Errors in bet placement caused by misreading of odds, market descriptions or game rules by the Member.
• Financial losses arising from gambling activity, irrespective of the circumstances. Gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain; no representation is made that any game or strategy will result in profit.

12. Responsible Gambling

QQGobet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and operates its platform in a manner consistent with player welfare obligations. Gambling is offered as a form of paid entertainment and must never be treated as a financial strategy or mechanism for recovering losses.

• Members may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their account settings at any time.
• Time-out periods of 24 hours, seven days or 30 days are available on request.
• Permanent self-exclusion is available to any Member who wishes to close their account and be prevented from re-registering for a defined or indefinite period.
• QQGobet staff are trained to identify at-risk behaviour and may reach out to Members displaying warning signs, or impose protective restrictions without prior notice.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

QQGobet collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms you also consent to the data handling practices described in that document. Personal data is collected for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and the improvement of platform services.

14. Amendments to These Terms

QQGobet reserves the right to amend, supplement or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided by email to the address registered on the Account, by a platform notification upon login, or by publication of a revised effective date on this page.

If you do not accept an amendment, you must notify QQGobet support and close your Account before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate the Member's Account at any time. Members wishing to close an Account should contact QQGobet support. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure (after deduction of any outstanding Bonus Funds) will be returned via the Member's registered payment method, subject to KYC completion and these Terms.

QQGobet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account that has breached these Terms, without advance notice and without liability. Where closure is caused by material breach, fraud or illegal activity, QQGobet reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, to report the matter to the relevant Malaysian authorities.

16. Disputes & Complaints

If you believe a transaction, bet settlement or account decision has been made in error, you should raise the matter with QQGobet's customer support team within 30 calendar days of the relevant event. Complaints received after this period may not be investigated.

QQGobet will acknowledge your complaint within two business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days, or notify you if additional time is required. Decisions made by QQGobet in strict accordance with these Terms and the applicable game or market rules are final and binding.

In the event that a complaint cannot be resolved by QQGobet to your satisfaction, you may seek mediation through the dispute resolution channel specified in QQGobet's licensing documentation. Details are available from the support team on request.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which QQGobet's operating licence is issued. Members acknowledge that online gambling is regulated differently across territories and accept responsibility for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in their own location.
